DigiFirst Loan Extension (LEX) provides an additional layer of capability beyond DigiFirst to serve the needs of lending institutions. LEX allows requirements for record processing according to government regulation, industry standards, and company policies to be fulfilled more efficiently than would otherwise be possible. LEX includes an integraton framework for interfacing with lending informaiton services such as flood determination, credit check, title search and more, according to the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) guidelines.
