Crown Lotus Notes Connector
Crown Lotus Notes Connector (LNC) gives you an easy way to combine the capabilities of the EMC Documentum repository with Lotus Notes. This allows clients to manage their email as fully regulated content. With LNC the e-mail document can be stored in its original Lotus Notes format or as a PDF for long-term preservation.
LNC allows for easy managing, sharing, and leveraging of information and function across Lotus Notes and EMC Documentum. Users can browse or search the repository for documents to attach to an email without leaving the Lotus Notes interface. Documents can be attached to an email message in their original format or as hyperlinks to the respective files. LNC also permits some business processes, such as draft review workflows, to be initiated from within Lotus Notes. Some additional key features of LNC are as follows:
