Crown Web Composer
Crown Web Composer is a forms and in-context editing application that is a complementary addition to your EMC Documentum WCM platform. Authors and editors can directly invoke Web Composer Forms from within Web Publisher or Crown Partners SiteBuilder Site Map. Alternatively authors and editor can also navigate a work-in-progress version of your web site to create, edit, personalize, or approve content wherever icons appear on the page.
Web Composer includes a full assortment of word processing features (such as css formatting, find/replace, copy/paste, etc.) along with a number of integrations with the EMC Documentum repository (properties, workflow, create new content, link management, audience tagging, save as another page, etc.). Web Composer puts control of the content back into the hands of people who know it best.
Edit Portal Content Directly
Web Composer is the only In-Context Portal editing application available for EMC Documentum WCM customers. Web Composer runs directly within the portal application, enabling authors and editors to browse the multiple personalized views of their web site to locate and update the content. Web Composer works with any enterprise portal application including: BEA WebLogic Portal and BEA Aqualogic Portal, and IBM Websphere Portal.
