Web Composer Copy File Plug-in – The copy plug-in provides authors with the ability to copy a file to another site.
Web Composer Save File As Plug-in – The save file as plug-in provides authors to save the object they are editing as a new file within the same site.
Web Composer Link File Plug-in – The link file plug-in provides authors with the ability to link a file between multiple sites.
Web Composer Version Comparison and Redlining Plug-in – The version comparison plug-in provides authors with the ability to compare different versions of content. Variations in the content is highlighted to easily view the differences between content.
Web Composer Spider Site Plug-in – The Spider Site plug-in provides site managers with the ability to produce a report of broken links for a site. The spider will crawl the site it is directed to and produced a report that is sent to the user’s inbox.
Web Composer Performance Improvements – Encoding and decoding of data has been moved from the client to the server side. This improves processing speed on edit and save actions within Web Composer.
JavaScript and CSS compression - When a JavaScript or CSS file is checked-in a compressed rendition is attached to the primary object within the Documentum repository. Compressed files are smaller in file size and there fore are downloaded to a browser much faster therefore improving the user experience.
